このポリシーは、PixToneが取得・利用する情報と、その管理方法について説明します。
1. 取得する情報
PixToneは、Firebase AuthenticationのユーザーID、プロフィール情報、フォロー関係、投稿音声、ピクセルアート、リプライ、いいね、通報、ブロック情報、Expo Push Token、端末や通信に関する技術情報を取得する場合があります。
2. 利用目的
取得した情報は、投稿表示、相互フォロー機能、通知、アーカイブ、安全対策、不正利用防止、問い合わせ対応、サービス改善のために利用します。
3. 音声データ
投稿音声とリプライ音声は、アプリ内で再生できるようFirebase Storageに保存されます。投稿は一定時間後にクリーンアップされる設計ですが、通信状況や運用上の理由により削除まで時間がかかる場合があります。
4. 第三者サービス
PixToneは、Firebase、Expo、Apple、Googleなどのサービスを利用します。これらのサービスは、認証、データ保存、通知、配信、クラッシュ調査などの目的で情報を処理する場合があります。
5. 共有と開示
PixToneは、法令に基づく場合、安全確保のために必要な場合、サービス提供に必要な委託先に処理を依頼する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ販売しません。
6. ユーザーの選択
ユーザーは、プロフィール編集、通知設定、ブロック、通報、アカウント削除申請などの機能を利用できます。削除申請はアプリ内の設定画面から行えます。その他のデータ削除やアカウントに関する問い合わせは support@pixtone.app までご連絡ください。
7. 変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、アプリ内または適切な方法で告知します。

This policy explains what information PixTone collects, how it is used, and how it is managed.
1. Information We Collect
PixTone may collect Firebase Authentication user IDs, profile information, follow relationships, voice posts, pixel art, replies, likes, reports, block information, Expo Push Tokens, and technical device or network information.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to show posts, support mutual-follow features, send notifications, provide archives, protect safety, prevent abuse, respond to inquiries, and improve the service.
3. Audio Data
Voice posts and voice replies are stored in Firebase Storage so they can be played in the app. Posts are designed to be cleaned up after a limited period, but deletion may take time due to connectivity or operational conditions.
4. Third-Party Services
PixTone uses services such as Firebase, Expo, Apple, and Google. These services may process information for authentication, data storage, notifications, delivery, crash investigation, and related purposes.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
PixTone does not sell personal information. Information may be shared when required by law, needed for safety, or processed by service providers necessary to operate the app.
6. Your Choices
You can edit your profile, manage notifications, block users, report content, and request account deletion from Settings in the app. For other data deletion or account questions, contact support@pixtone.app.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will provide notice in the app or through another appropriate method.
